  • We usually have good experiences at Texas Roadhouse. However, tonight was just not the case. I ordered salmon, like usual, and it was only warm. As I was eating it, the middle was undercooked. I sent it back and it came back dry and the bottom was burnt. The staff was friendly and accommodated our requests. I would normally recommend this place. But, I guess like every other place could have, this was just one bad night.
