  • Horrible. The GM Bill Mastroianni was a complete jerk. He refused to speak to me about my deal once it was done and I signed. He got very hostile in from of my 4 year old son. Yelling at me. And when I told him don't speak to me that way he continued by saying he will speak to me any way he likes n if I didn't like it he will get me removed by the police. I left in tears. He was completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend any one buying from that location. Once you sign don't expect any courtesy from any one there. They were all nice to me at first but as soon as I had questions and I had already signed I was treated as if no one knew me or wanted to help me.
