  • Just walked out of this place after being there over 30 minutes and never acknowleged. It was a little busy when I first walked in but it died down to a couple people. There were two staff members helping customers and neither bothered to look and say a simple, "Hello, we'll be right with you." I walked in front of one of them on purpose. The young lady simply said, "Excuse me," as she walked past me to go grab something. Will have to look elsewhere to find a tuxedo even though they are the closest and have received such favorable reviews. Maybe it was my casual appearance wearing a Led Zeppelin t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers that possibly caused them to put me at a lesser priority. Another couple walked in well after I had been standing around and they were helped after a few moments. That is when I walked out.
