I just found my favorite ramen spot in town. Got bar seating as soon as I walked in. Service was above average. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork belly bowl. The ramen was excellent. The noodles are made fresh in-house. You can actually see this in action right before you walk into the main entrance. The broth was not salty. This was very appetizing since all of the ramen spots I've tried in town are too salty to the point where I am unable to finish the soup. You can easily distinguish the fresh tasting noodles. It was very smooth and the texture was perfect. This bowl was the first ramen bowl that I have ever finished. I only got the half bowl of the pork belly. It was served over rice. The belly was sliced very thin with just the right amount of seasoning. The rice used is the sushi grade quality. Tender with a hint of sweetness. All the condiments were neatly arranged. I also like that they still have napkin dispensers at arm's reach. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return when I am craving authentic Japanese ramen.
