  • What a thrill to find actual honest, friendly mechanics. My husband's old minivan died, and we were faced with the choice of either repairing it or buying a used van if his was going to be too expensive to repair. Sure enough, Dean let us know that the transmission was shot, and between that and letting us know that things would continue to go out on it over time, he advised us that it wasn't worth fixing. We appreciated his honesty and advice, and brought a used van over that we were considering buying. The mechanics at Bay's were able to take a look at the vehicle very quickly and give us a thorough rundown on what needed to be fixed. My husband has experience fixing up cars and agreed with their list. My husband wanted to fix some of the issues himself, and Dean advised him on which parts to buy and why. The rest of the repairs, we will be leaving for Bay's to fix, because they are reasonable and very honest. I strongly recommend!!!
