Obviously they do not care. They called me TWO days in a row to tell me that I needed to reschedule because the person that booked before me was late ( mind you both calls happened last then 30 min or less before my appointment, as a matter of fact the second time I was about to pull into the parking lot- obviously clients that actually show up a few minutes early vs substantially late are just getting screwed ). My point is, do I understand that things happen? Yes. The first time, I was irritated but not mad and politely accepted to be rescheduled. The second time is totally unacceptable. At what point do we tell the person is late that they have to reschedule? Why do I get pushed to the back of the line two days in a row? They do not value their customer's time and are basically unable to properly deal with clients who will obviously show up at their leisure. Will I re book again? Absolutely not. They obviously do not need my business and I do not need to be disrespected as a client. Just be aware when booking with them that your appointment might be pushed back or canceled depending on when others decide to show up, hence I marked this place as " not sure" when asked if it is my appointment only... Pathetic.
