| - Honestly, this place has the worst customer service. I absolutely hate having to bring my car here to get worked on, but with my warranty I have to. The sales team when I bought my car last year was amazing! The service staff is horrible. I brought my car in a few months ago with water leaking in through my sunroof and flooding my overhead light dropping down on my dashboard. I had documented pictures and they couldn't find a problem. The manager even had the nerve to tell me I probably left my sunroof open and that's why (it had rained for 3 days, it wasn't open). It still leaks and they can't find a problem. Last time I went, they lost my keys and had no idea where my paperwork or anything went. And told me they must not have my car (as I'm staring at it in their lot with the service tag on the rearview mirror). Today, I sit in the lobby for 2 and a half hours waiting for an oil change. Finally I check with the girl at the desk about my car and she sends me to the service department, who tell me to ask the girl at the desk. Apparently my car had been done for a while and no one even tried to tell me. They said they couldn't find me, even though I hadn't moved from the same seat in the lobby that entire time. And no one even tried to call my phone. Then they try and charge me for something covered on my warranty. No one even goes over my paperwork with me and I get home to find it needs a part when I try and figure out the papers. Thanks for looking out for me guys. And still, for the third time asking them, no one can tell me why my breaks are squealing. There's "nothing wrong with them". Seriously, every time I leave this place I'm angry with how things are handled. Save yourselves the hassle, skip the "warranty forever" because they won't fix the problems with your car anyway, and buy elsewhere.
