  • I would certainly be skeptical of the service department. They do not loan up to anything. Oil has been changed from this dealer from new. The lower engine shroud was dragging on the ground so I removed it and found all the bolts loose. They told me they couldn't help me out since it was several months since the oil change. When you take your car in for service they will come up with several service items that aren't necessary. Had a couple of other reputable autoshops check the items and said the car was excellent condition and no other repairs needed at this time.
