  • On the hunt for some home decor! Went into Urban Barn, they were having some sort of sale on so it was a bit chaotic and the store wasn't overly organized. Looked around and thought to look at some furniture, even though I am not on the hunt for any but was nice to see what they have. Waled around and noticed three different staff members and none stopped to greet me or see if I needed help? Just ignored them and they did the same. Ended up buying some small accessories for our living room shelves. Just some Umbra pieces that I thought were reasonable in price. Went to the front to pay and one of the staff members rung it in for me. The only time she spoke with me was to tell me the total. Not overly friendly. I guess it's tough to say Hi???? Paid and got out of there. Spent under $50 and in all honesty even if I loved something in there, wouldn't buy it. Rather spend my money in a place where the staff is helpful and friendly. Big ticket items will definetly be bought else where. Sorry Urban Barn, you need nicer staff.
