| - I'm hesitant to give a review about dentist's because it's so subjective/relative....and let's face it..... the dentist just isn't known to be a pleasant experience.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but I look forward to my next appointment! So I felt compelled to write a review (especially after reading the negative reviews). I don't think the negative reviews reflect what is currently going on at Durango Dental.
I am the QUEEN of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I fear brushing and flossing my own teeth....let alone allowing complete strangers in my mouth. But going to the dentist is one of those life 'chores' you gotta get done--regardless (unless you like sporting the Austin Powers look).
So I looked online and came across Durango Dental Group. Initially, I was totally impressed by the fact they work electronically. That initially gave me a safe feeling. Feels good to know my dentist knows how to work on computers. (trust me,... I've been too many places still pushing paperwork only, with enormous file rooms).
Then I saw their hours. YES! Finally, a place that stays open past 5pm :) I work day shift, and it seems so does everyone else....so how anyone gets anything done, I don't know......but I digress........
Everyone working there is INCREDIBLY friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest!
Dr. Masaki is knowledgeable, experienced, and fast. :) A++++
As far as pricing goes.... they are totally on par with current rates, even a little less expensive!. Their equipment is modern, and they explain everything they're doing before doing it.
All in all, I would recommend them because they have compassion, knowledge, experience, and they work as a team. Definitely worth it :)
