I was one of the first residents at The Gramercy. Gave my deposit check when it was just a trailer in the parking lot and they didn't even have a printer set up. I remember touring this place while still under construction and was shown how it was set up as a condo and they were built "soundproof." That couldn't be further from the truth. If you are a sound sleeper or don't mind the constant sounds of pounding from neighbors above then great. Or if you can afford living in the penthouse so no one is above you - more power to you. I am not so lucky. The residential "amenities" of all of the events they put on like taco Tuesday or nacho Monday are great... if you don't work. Communication is horrible, couldn't even get my mail once because they installed a keypad and never informed of the code and the leasing office was closed so I had to call the next day. I've had constant noise complaints and even spoke with the owners... they were left unresolved and still continue so am now looking into legal rights. They give assigned parking spaces but if someone is in yours, nothing can be done- so what's the point. I was so excited originally to be part of this community and have been constantly disappointed... and very tired due to lack of sleep from inconsiderate neighbors.
