  • After years and years of enjoying the good BBQ, I'm done. The last 5 visits have served me brisket that was so tough and full of gristle I couldn't eat it. One time is a mistake or an Isolated experience and I have come back hoping the quality would improve. I told the manager that the cutters could easily prevent this but they don't. Disappointing. There are too many other options, i won't be back.
