Target really put a lot of thought into opening a store in a dense city like Pittsburgh. There's a free parking garage on the ground floor which is fairly safe, and escalators both for you and your shopping cart. My favorite parts of the store are the kitchenware and home furnishings departments. The reason for the three stars however is b/c their food aisles are really lacking. They often only have white meat chicken, no dark meat. Milk is often only a few days away from expiry. Their saving grace is the selection of heat-and-eat items; soups, entrees, sides. You're better off going to Market District or Aldis for food.
