This location is walking distance from my house so I was very excited to give it a try.
Service:
We came in tonight around 9-930, normally would sit at the bar but the bar was full, which was a good sign to me! We ended up sitting in the dining room. At first our server was quick to greet us and give us menus. He quickly went down hill. After ordering our meals, we told him we were going to want cocktails but didn't know exactly what we wanted yet. We mentioned we would want wine, but had to wait for him to come back around and ask him for a wine menu.
We then had to walk up to the bar to let our server that was watching tv know our wine order and another dressing for the salad we ordered because the dressing was incorrect.
After we received our food we didn't get checked on until we were offered dessert.
We also received the wrong wine. Which he did correct.
Food:
The ribeye special is a great deal, 2 riveted with veggies, potatoes and and salad.
Salads were good and fresh. Steaks were good but nothing to write home about. They were a little over cooked and lacked flavor.
Anytime the have steak sauces pre-set on the tables it's never a good sign.
Atmosphere:
Cozy and nice, great for a date night. Music was a 90's playlist which was ok being that we went later in the evening. If they play that all night there would be an issue.
