My Visa was overcharged by $71!
My bill totaled $60.20; I sent my Visa to pay that bill, but when the ticket came back I had been charged $131.31. The other couple who was with us had a bill of $71.11 and they had paid the their bill in cash before I paid mine.
So I assume the waiter, Taylor attempted to reconcile both tickets on my Visa allowing her to pocket the money from the cash bill ($71.11). I discussed this incident with the manager and this was his response "I'm sure she did not intentionally charge your visa for both tickets, this happens 10 or 11 times per day".
REALLY you make that many "mistakes" a day with customers credit and debit cards--that's unacceptable. I will never eat here again. I still have $71 tied up on my credit card and the food is not as good as Texas Roadhouse.
Beware beware beware.
