| - If you're not looking to get ripped while futnture shopping, I'd stay away from The Brick. Sales reps are quick to greet, well too quick... Let's face it they're on commission and see a bag of money for your face when you walk in.
My sales rep gives me a tour, shows me some sofas and sectionals. Now I'm a sales rep myself, only I sell new Hyundai vehicles, but in the end sales is sales. When you work in this business, you learn some tricks on ways to ask open ended questions and gain information. I'm also a smart shopper, no "lie down" as they call it.
I questioned my rep asking what warranty comes with the product from the manufacturer. She is quick to add up all the 3 pieces, tells me it depends on how much I spend and starts pitching The Brick's extended warranty, not answering my question. Now why would the duration of the warranty be based on how much I spend?
Then as I pry more she says "no furniture has any manufacturer's warranty..." woah what? I tell her that's nonsense, there is at least one year warranty for the frame, springs, workmanship and defects. She refuses...
Competitors have warranty ranging betwen 1 year to 5 years to even lifetime so I'll be taking my business there. Suggest you do the same.
