This is the most bullshittest airline experience that is possible to have on this planet. I'm very lenient and refrain from using colorful language when I write yelp reviews because many businesses deserve the benefit of the doubt, but good lord this airline takes the cake for shit service and performance.
I'd give them a zero star review if not for the fact one star is the lowest and that I arrived in one piece and all the staff were courteous enough. Their pilots, control tower crew, and flight attendants have my respect because they're doing their job.
However, the "gatekeepers" suck mega ass. Had my connecting flights delayed four times consecutively. Air traffic my ass. No, these half wit gate wankers cannot so much as scan a goddamn boarding pass without blowing a fuse in their brains and clogging up the whole seating system for future passengers to suffer delay after delay.
Maybe I just don't get the whole picture of how the airline biz works, but I know enough that I am a disgruntled customer. I felt like I was in a freakin south park episode from the way these guys look and talk and perform customer service, just the ridiculousness of the whole experience. In summary: DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
