  • The service is fast, no more than 30 min waiting. However, good luck with getting call backs for your referrals. Both my boyfriend and I never got calls for our appointments. My boyfriend was feeling terrible and he was referred to an immunologist but they never called him to let him know he had an appointment (no message, no missed call). After waiting for 3 weeks, he called and was told that he missed his appointment! He had to wait another 3 weeks to see the immunologist. In my case, the doctor found a cyst in my thyroid, but they never called me! I randomly passed by the clinic to get a cream for a rash and then I inquired about my X-ray and ultrasound and the woman at the front desk lied to me saying that they had called and left a message. I double check the phone numbers and they were right. Now, it has been 10 days and I have not been given a call back for my referral. If you can go somewhere else, do it. The doctor was nice, yet I cannot really tell if she was knowledgeable or not.
