  • I've dealt with Fletcher Jones in both CA and NV. This visit was a great reminder of their poor Sales Team, follow up and lackluster Customer Service. I still have not heard one peep from the sales person who pointed out the cars in the lot. I filled out an application and off I went...He sent an email asking for a letter of credit....still no word. This is consistent with Fletcher Jones and it reminded me of what I didn't want. Today I am the happy proud owner of an Audi A6. Now that I think of it they probably did me a favor. I received amazing service and my loan was approved on the spot. If you're going to spend $49k on a car you at least want a happy ending. Got it!!
