It seems in getting ready to go to Moab for four days at the end of March I have been here every day or every other day. Actually going to head out today.
Trails are pretty tame. But, you can get a good workout on the climbs. I've taken my special lady here a few times to ride, and she is super green. A few parts throw her off, but she gets through pretty good.
If you're new, or if you're knocking the rust off, this is a great place to get some grit in your chain. Just remember, lots of hikers, off leash dogs, off leash kids, off leash homeless out here. More than a few times I've almost run them over. Be aware as we're supposed to yield the trail if we're on bikes. But on a positive, no horses!
