  • The good: They were able to come out on the same day that I called for service, and they did show up within the 3 hour window I was provided. The technician who showed up was courteous. The bad: Like most A/C companies, they are pricing predators when it's hot outside - they're counting on customers not knowing any better so they gouge the hell out of them for simple parts/repairs. I was quoted $625 to replace a single capacitor within my air conditioner - $245 for the part (which costs $15 online - I paid a couple bucks more to a local appliance parts company so I wouldn't have to wait for shipping) and the rest of the quote was for labor - which I completed by myself within 15 minutes. I won't use this company in the future - I know they have to make money, but the markup for this job was absolutely insane.
