  • Man I used To come here two years ago and it was amazing. Since then it's gone downhill, at least they're consistent, at never truly finishing the wash. It doesn't matter what wash you buy, you'll get the same wash and it will always be never completely done. They always miss the rear view mirrors, never finish the console in the middle and even if you pay the most expensive prices they never get the details. It's always a SURFACE WIPEDOWN AT BEST. I'm done. UPDATE: To the response below, the passive aggressive response by the owner: it is clear now why you have not reached that satisfaction with your customers. Ive come THREE TIMES and have brought these issues up to your STAFF EVERY SINGLE TIME. Only AFTER THAT did I "run to yelp" to write a review. And yes if you purchase a more expensive wash and they completely bypass wiping down the WHOLE middle console CONSISTENTLY, and do not do rear view mirrors CONSISTENTLY then it is not the details that go unnoticed, it is a lack of doing the WHOLE job. Your response was passive aggressive at best, and poor leadership and business practice at worst. Living nearby I've seen the reviews of this place getting worse and worse, and thank you, now I know why.
