  • I really like this place, but I have two complaints, each resulting in loss of a star. First, and most importantly, when I order a bagel w/lox, it is fairly gross to have strawberry cream cheese smeared on it from the bagel they cut prior to mine. Either have a separate knife for sweet and savory, or wipe the knife. Second, the amount of cream cheese varies dramatically, sometimes it is overflowing, sometimes barely enough to cover bagel. That being said, they make great bagels, have a great selection of cream cheese and have very fast service.
