  • Normally i am not a fan of the outback steakhouse. I would rather just grill my own but me and the wife had a gift card to use. Now I have to be honest we used it for the lunch menu and it was surprisingly good EXCEPT that we did carry out and when i called they said 20 min. I got there to wait an additional 45. Reminded me again that service is a huge part of this industry and if you waste a customers time they will not return!
