  • Second time here. Exterior staff great at the start. A bit pushy with the add-ons. Interior staff inept. Cashier and her manager unable to help customer in front of me for 10+ minutes while I waited to pay and get my cleaning started. WAY too long. I would have expected a "sorry for the delay" at the very least. Perhaps one of them could have smiled or greeted me while I waited. Nobody else in the place. I wonder why it's 1.5 stars? I guess I now know.....won't be back.
