  • Unfortunately, this store lives up to the typical Verizon Store reputation of waiting forever to be helped. However, once you have the opportunity to be helped, the staff is very knowledgeable about their products/services and always finds a way to get the job done. The one bad thing about Verizon is that you can find a decent competitor cell provider that is less expensive if you're willing (in the Las Vegas/Henderson areas) to put up with limited service from time to time.
