  • Awesome. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. We "won" our evening with Chef Wade and Bistro on Wheels through a live auction at the Cancer Support Communities annual Porch Party event in Oct 2014. We had our evening this past Fri night, Mar 6, 2015. Chef Wade made a 4-course meal. 1. Amazing scallop dish. 2. Kale salad with fresh fruit. 3. Pheasant. 4. Desert which I can't really describe (think sweet and salty with a bunch of different flavors). These 4 courses were all wine-paired. This meal ranks with any I've had in the Valley. We're going to be using his services again.
