  • I'm only giving it 2 stars because it used to be Camden. I really enjoyed living here when it was Camden, except VERY over priced for what it is. Once bloom took over, everything went to shit. They started letting ghetto drug dealer type people in, everything is fixed cheaply and usually never lasts. Mantainance people are lazy, and usually end up canceling a work order if you don't answer the door at the very first knock. Noisey neighbors who we've complained about countless times, and nothing ever gets done. The staff at the leasing office are money hungry, snakes who WILL CHARGE YOU TO MOVE OUT OF YOUR APPARTMENT. Even if everything in the appartment is spotless and perfect. I'm being charged almost two grand for their hidden cleaning fee, non-lease renewal fee, and one months rent. Keep in mind, I did not break my lease. So if you want to dump thousands of dollars on a crap appartments with staff who are condescending, entitled, RUDE, money hungry SNAKES, then by all means come live here!
