| - If I could give this 0 stars I would!!!!!! Went into this the location 2 days ago. Needed 4 new tires for my car. They had a deal going on so I decided to take it here even though my husband thought that I should have gone to Discount Tire instead. The guy that helped me was nice, the service on the other hand is a joke! I purchased some add on services and then received 3 free oil changes. One of which I was using at the time of service. I told the guy I need to leave at 5 and he said no problem (that gave them an hour and a half to perform the service, I even asked before they started if they would have time or if I needed to bring it back the next day, and he reassured me that they would have time). The car was suppose to be getting the new tires put on, alignment and an oil change. The next morning my husband popped the hood and it was covered in dust, had an oil change been performed there would have at least been hand prints under there and it would have at least looked like the oil cap had been touched. He then went under and checked the oil filter, same oil filter that we took it in there with!! Also, the tires that showed on the paper work that showed 33 psi and 34 psi actually were reading 41, 27, 33 and 35. Invoice also showed all fluids were checks and inspection, which clear was a lie since evidently the hood was never even opened!!!! I took the car back in that morning and they checked it and confirmed that the oil changed had not been done even though all documentation showed it had. The kept the car and did the oil change. I am still awaiting a call from the manager about this. When I picked up the car the guy that helped me was the biggest ass hole!!! I asked him to please remove the charge for nitrogen as we had them remove the nitrogen that was put in the day before and had them filled with air instead. I also told him that I wanted that oil change to not count against my free ones since they didn't do it and I had to bring it back. He said that he would make notes and that the manager would have to approve the refund for the nitrogen. I also asked him how I would know for sure that the alignment was actually performed and he said the technician noted it so it was done.. I said well he also noted that the oil change had been done too and that was a lie, so how do I know.... and he was so rude and said do you actually want us to put it back up there and redo it??? At that point I asked for the manager who conveniently wasn't there... still waiting to hear from that manager!!!! Never again will we be giving business to Big O Tires!!!
