  • This was my first time not partying in Vegas and staying at the Trump. I normally stay somewhere on the strip but this time around I was taking my mom for her 60th birthday. I choose this hotel because I thought it was appropriate for her. It's a little quieter and was right across from Fashion Show Mall. Perfect because my mom is a shopaholic. Once we arrived, valet was ready to take my car and help me with my bags. Checking in was fast. They upgraded us with no additional charges. We ended up staying on the 42nd floor with a pretty view. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were amazing. They had a built in TV in their restroom mirror and a large tub with jets. The showers were also very large. Our room included a convenient kitchenette. We had a fridge, microwave, stove, and sink. Every day when they clean and replenish, they give you complementary waters. It was very nice. Oh, and their wifi is FAST. I knew someone who was here working and they got everything done with no issues. Whenever we called they came fast and even called to make sure whatever we needed got done. As for their pool area, I did use their pool for a day. They had a DJ playing good music and drinks being served. The crowd was either old people or families though. But it was a nice change for me since I was there to relax. The trump also offers free shuttle service to the Wynn and Caesars Palace. On weekdays the shuttle runs til 12am. On weekends they run until 2am. We used it a couple times to get to dinner and to go shopping. They run about every 10-15 minutes. Overall, we had a good experience there and would book again.
