  • It's gonna be a mixed review for me for Change (of Scandinavia). After reading reviews for other locations about this store, I stopped in while I was at the Shops on Don Mills. Store is small. 2 sales associates were there as were at least 1-2 customers. There was a huge box in the middle of the floor with merch that had to be put up. There was also a return rack completely full of bras that had to be put back. Several times, I made eye contact with the Indian/South-East Asian sales rep - at first I wasn't sure if she worked there OR if she was a customer - but I soon found out that she worked there as I saw her putting bras away. I also made eye contact with the Filipina rep who was behind the counter and when I asked her about measuring, she perked up a bit. She did end up measuring me, but it didn't seem very professional. She just said that she measures the ribcage, then guesses the cup size. Uh...ok. My sense is that these girls were OVERWORKED, especially the first girl who I looked at several times, but never offered me any assistance. I ended up leaving 'cause the Filipina girl sincerely looked as though she had to attend to something on the computer system - not texting, but she had to finish something off and didn't really have time to follow-up on my fitting. Overall the atmosphere was not conducive to me spending money or anymore time in the store...no matter how badly I needed a bra!
