  • All I can ask is " what the hell?!". I came in here and I was the ONLY customer and all I wanted was my nails soaked off ( 20 minutes max). 6 people come in after me with two staff working and I was left there for 25 minutes with my fingers in a bowl of acetone- my skin is destroyed and after I asked " how long am I going to be here for? My regular salon - this takes less than 20 minutes" .... " well... We tol yu, soak off take longer".... Not this long buddy.... 45 minutes later my nails are still soaking and when I asked again.... " anotha 10 minute" No! Just because my service cost 10 bucks doesn't mean you push me to the side. I couldn't stay and I had to walk out- I did not pay.... I still have my nails and now they are worse: you people are absolutely horrible!!!
