Went to Paige and Elliott yesterday with a friend to shop for her wedding gown. She had an appointment at Paige and Elliott, which I think is required for Sundays. We were seen promptly at our appointment time by Candace, who was fabulous. Candace went through a quick questionnaire with my friend Kim to get an idea of what Kim's dress shopping and planning process have been up to this point. She asked Kim about styles she likes, budget, feel of her big, day. It was very helpful in getting to see the whole picture before we went rogue on the shopping.
Candace handed all of us clothes pins and told us to pin our favorite. As we were pinning, Candace was pulling them in the dressing room for Kim to try on. We were the only group in the store, which was really nice. It made the experience really fun and personal, and Candace was great to work with. She accessorized when appropriate but was great at letting Kim talk through her likes and dislikes of the dress.
Kim found her dream dress, and Candace hooked us up with a champagne toast to celebrate. It was so fun and easy!
One thing that stands out to me about this bridal store is how reasonably priced everything is. There is not a lot of inventory, but what they do have is great and versatile. I also love that all of their beaded belts are made locally by The Bead Lady in Concord. #ShopLocal
