I met my friend there at 3 pm today (Saturday in the summer). We didn't have to wait to start our pedicures. A reasonable selection of nail polish colors, with the typical brands such as 0PI.
Standard pedicure was $25 but we wanted a deluxe pedicure ($35) which included a short foot and leg massage as well as a hot towel wrap around your lower legs afterwards.
SERVICE:
She asked me how short I wanted my toenails cut which I appreciated. Obviously there's no way to really know but the place appeared to be clean and they used bags in the foot tub's which I liked as I assume they change the bag for each new customer. The massage feature worked on my chair. And on my friend's.
They seem to do a fairly efficient but thorough job. However it was my first time there so I can't speak to whether this is always the case or the fact that it wasn't too busy?
AMBIANCE/DECOR:
Nothing fancy but no different than any other typical reasonably priced nail salon in the downtown core. They have the pedicure - massage chairs set up in small groups of two or three which allows for some semi-private gossip time which I also appreciated. Since it wasn't too busy, they let my friend and I stay in our massage chairs while our toenails dried which was really nice of them.
note: I got a regular pedicure I did not get shellac.
Would I recommend this place to a friend? YES.
