  • I was apprehensive about going to a new car dealership but Berge Ford changed my mind. We dealt with Scott Solee, who reminded us of Mark Grace, both in appearance and demeanor. He made the experience like we were talking to a buddy instead of a car salesman. We were there one day and drove a new F150 but decided against it. I had to return to pick my glasses up that I had left in the truck and Scott had already called me about them. As I was leaving, he suggested we drive a new Flex. The next day, we did drive one for quite a long drive and purchased it. We had to talk to a couple other people after we made the deal with Scott and they were not pushy or high pressure. I had been to Berge before for warranty work on my Edge that I traded and the service writers were also cordial and easy to work with. As someone else says, "It's like you have a friend in the business", especially if you deal with Scott Solee!
