Had a 12:30 appointment for my mother and I. Finally after 30 mins my mother began her pedicure. After 45 mins I told them that I had waited 45 mins and would just like to forget it. When the owner /manager came over I told him we had a 12:30 appt and had waited 45 mins and still not waited on and that I thought that was unacceptable. He said " you had a 12:30 appointment... ? Well I don't know about that!" When my mother checked out the front desk person said they had been swamped with walk-ins and that was the problem. So they take walk-ins when they know they have scheduled appointments.....obviously there is no value in scheduling an appointment! There was no offer to make things right.... No apology. So,I assume that they do not value customers and will take my business elsewhere.
