  • Unprofessional and rude. I purchased a Groupon for this company. First they never pick up their phone you always have to leave a message which they never call back. When I finally did reach them when I told them I had a Groupon they said they were booked for the entire week I was in Vegas. I contacted Groupon who refunded my money immediately and booked us on Skyline Helicopters where we were treated like royalty and had one of the best nights in Vegas on the strip tour.
