  • I once loved this nail salon...that was before the current management. There is the usual wait and then once you finally get started, sometimes one staff will work on multiple people at a time. It once took me over two hours to get a gel manicure, that is unacceptable. And when that doesn't happen, the staff rushes through each person like an assembly line. I honestly think the management enforces that. It's a very impersonal experience that I don't appreciate. This is an expensive salon and if I'm going to pay that amount of money, I expect to have a good amount of time spent on me and a great manicure. If you do choose to go here, try to get Susan. She was there before the management changed and she's very nice. She tries not to rush.
