  • They did a great job! They repaired my carpet and explained the process... we had discussed about cleaning the carpet in my small closet downstairs, but we were upstairs at the time, so I told him I would show him what area was to be cleaned (closet) but when they came downstairs they put their stuff away, don't know if one of the guys forgot to tell the other, but when I told him I was supposed to show him where my closet was, he said he already put his stuff away but he will gladly do it, so that's excellent customer service! I also asked him to clean up a small rug and he did at no extra charge, again, great service!
