  • I've been to this office twice before to see another Doctor and was happy both times. I was referred to Dr. Heiland because I might need surgery on my right ear. Waited 2 months for the appointment, recieved an automated phone call confirming my appointment 2 days prior. Just recieved a call the day before my appointment telling me they no longer take my insurance and the appointment has been cancelled. What happened to customer service in this county, if I treated my clients like this I would starve to death. Apparently Doctor's offices don't need to worry about that. Extremely inconsiderate!
