  • I'm an owner at the Grandview and 5 years later I am still extremely happy with my purchase. My husband and I went on multiple timeshare presentations in different states (CA, FL, NV) and multiple countries (Mexico, Bahamas) and we are truly grateful we bought in Las Vegas. The annual fees are the cheapest, it is easy to find help if you have a question, the RCI exchange number is high and we get offered extra free weekends annually. If you are going to buy a timeshare, I highly recommend buying one at The Grandview. The room is also spacious and extremely clean. The staff is always kind and helpful.
