  • Joes is a unique down town Gilbert establishment. Every time I go I get ribs and pit beans. Oh those pit beans, songs of love could be written about them. I truly love their ribs as they are meaty and flavorful. The last two times I've gone have been a real bummer. A friend got a pulled pork Sammy and it was dry and not flavorful. Yesterday my kids had their birthday and Joe's gives $10 in free food to celebrate. One kid got a chicken sandwich and the other the pulled pork. Sadly, both were very VERY dry. We went just after noon so it's not like it should suck but it did. Mr. Joe Johnston, please address this as I'm sure I'm not the only one noticing this and while I'll be back for ribs, I wouldn't count on others returning.
