  • The store manager "Regal" was very rude and didn't want to help me check my car or install the battery I know it's not their job to do it, but I also know I have never had a problem or someone be so rude or not help me at autozone. Then I'm sitting in the parking lot and he sends a young girl out by herself to check someone else's car. After she was done she walked up and apologized to me and said she didn't know why he wouldn't help me, but then send her out to help somebody else. I know people have bad days but if you don't want a job... then don't work. Worst customer service yet.
