  • the worst on everything, from plumbing to customer service. i called last week about a water heater that was bought from them, and they had to repair, and was not functioning again after 2 weeks. i left a message 3 times and no one returned the call. i called again on a saturday and the person who took the call said the manager will come by on monday. come monday, the manager doesn't show up and i find out that he will be here on wednesday instead. terrible company, do not waste your time buying water heaters at costco or home depot so that this company installs it. the worst in the country. stay away from this company. they are all liars. they say they will call back, they never will. all liars. poor customer service. the worst. go somewhere else.
