  • Had made an appointment for Thursday July 5th 1:15pm arrived here at 12:50pm(minutes from home) when arrived my car was taken immediately :). I have a recall by GM on my Saturn ION power steering module(GM gives 10yr warranty/240 Kil!! that kicks ass!) as well my back window stopped functioning so this is what had to be repaired. Upon inspection of the vehicle they gave me advice and suggestions at no cost. The lady that was my service rep was extremely pleasant and helpful. She made me a coffee and made sure I was comfortable and told me she would come see me if there was an issue not covered by my warranty on the window after 15 mins she came to see me and confirmed all was covered at no cost and that the recall would be fixed in 15mins but the window was an exterior and not interior that would by a minimum time frame with the recall of an hour an fifteen minutes. She said if longer they would drive me home( mins away) and pick me up when completed, I didn't even have to ask for that!! totally time 1hr 55 mins! cool! This is my first visit and am extremely happy with the the high level of courtesy and professionalism I received! will give 100% client safisfaction on their survey!
