  • Okay - Let me just begin by saying I am probably the most picky when it comes to my hair! I have had my hair messed up so many times by salons especially when I used to have blonde hair! Or just by my hair never really coming out the way I wanted it too. I had a wonderful hair lady but she is located way far in Glendale and I just cannot drive that far anymore. I have been to Madison Avenue a couple of times in Ahwatukee and never really had the best expierence. The last time I went there all I wanted was for my hair to get toned. Which i know doesn't cost much at all to get done. When they are done toning and washing my hair, they sit me down for blow dry. It starts pouring rain outside like you wouldnt believe, especially here in Arizona! When i get to the front desk, they tell me my total is 60.00! I ask just for a tone? And they added no, a tone, plus blow-dry/style? Which my hair wasnt styled it was just blow dried! Which should be mandiatory after washing my hair!! Plus if i knew they were going to charge me that much I would have said forget it because it was raining so hard of course my hair was runined as soon as I stepped outside! I was extremely pissed because I have had my hair toned there all the time and I know it costs like 20 bucks! Well, since my original hair lady was so far and i was so sick of my hair looking like crap and I was heading to vegas in a few days. I decided to try the one in Chandler mall, just because i know it is convienent. I was already explaining to the girl how picky I am with my cut and color and that if she cant do what I want just be honest. Especially since I was going from dark to light. OMG She blew me away, she did such a fantastic job on my hair and met all my expectations which hardly happens because i am sooo picky! Im probably the customer that they all talk about when I leave because im so annoying. But hey, its my hair! The girl's name is Cassie, i believe. I have only seen her that one time and my hair is in desperate need for more, so i cannot wait for my second appointment to see what she can do next! SOOO if you decide to go to the location in chandler, see Cassie! great girl! But the ahwatukee location, ehhh, no thanks!
