rev:text	I had real reservations when there was no one at the front desk when I got there..sign in with Ipad...ok no big deal...then the receptionist came out...he barely acknowledged me and had a cold and rude demeanor...ok no warm and fuzzies...again no real big deal but c'mon, maybe a little bit of fake warmth and the appearance of caring??? Nevertheless when I got called in things were much better, the assistant was kind and efficient and then the PA was an absolute pleasure and helpful....what a shame the young man and his bad attitude at the front is showing as an initial "face of the business"
