  • They have had my vehicle for over one year and a half. The job was a big job granted, but I have been enduring broken promises and misinformation for a very long time. They won't answer the phone when they know it's me. My calls are not returned and when I show up its something else. The owner will say anything and promise new deadlines and never delivers. I'm going to end up picking my vehicle up by tow and have to start over again even though the parts were paid for in advance. This has been an awful experience. I can't wait to pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere.
