  • I had a tragus piercing for a couple of years and wanted to change the jewelry (but couldn't take it out), and recently had gotten another helix piercing that was extremely sore (and the jewelry I had in it was bugging it). Anyways I went to a piercing shop across the street first whom were out of jewelry, can you believe that? Went across the street and as I walked to the door Kelly was outside and opened the door for me with a greeting. Immediately he made me feel at ease and I shared with him that I needed help w/ my tragus and new jewelry and new jewelry for my helix piercing. Kelly had several choices for me and was patient with me as I flipped-flop back and forth between choosing jewelry (you know sometimes us women have a hard time making our minds up). I finally decided and Kelly changed out my tragus quickly and painless. As I mentioned before my helix piercing was extremely sore, but it didn't hurt when Kelly took out the jewelry and put the new jewelry in. Kelly also gave me some great cleaning tips. Guess what my helix isn't even sore anymore, thanks Kelly and if I decide to get any other piercing, I am coming to you!!!
