  • Incredible experience. I was going to purchase a used car from a dealer near them and had a friend take the car there for a pre-purchase inspection. Being BMW experts, I had high expectations to begin with, but you should see the incredibly detailed and thorough report they sent me after inspecting literally every last detail on the car. From their findings, I learned that the car seller was asking way too much money and when they wouldn't negotiate on price, I had to pass on the deal. Thank you, Tom and Shannon for not only fitting me into your crazy pre-holiday schedule this week and further from saving me a huge sum of wasted money on a car that was misrepresented by the seller! If you are in Charlotte, know that you can trust and count on Euro Envy to do a top notch job for you. I wish they were closer.
